Rhossili

Rhossili is situated on the Gower peninsula close to Swansea and probably gets its name from the Welsh word 'Rhos' for moorland. Rhossili Bay is around four miles long and there is relatively easy access along a descending coastal path. The area belongs to the National Trust and is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The bay is very popular with walkers. The National Trust operates a visitor centre near the Worm's Head. There is an excellent cafe at the top of the cliff offering good home made food and outstanding views across the bay.

Relaxing Walks

There are plenty of peaceful and relaxing walks in all areas of Rhossili, remember to pack some comfortable shoes!
